One Pan Chicken Dinner

I am constantly looking for easy to assemble dinners for my family. With the boys now on the move, I really can’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen. My friend Erin gave me this recipe and it’s a family favorite! It’s super easy to put together and very low maintenance. Once it’s all in the pan you pop it in the oven and that it! Nothing left to do but wait for it to cook then serve. I hope you will love it as much as we do!!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts (we usually filet the chicken breasts into smaller pieces)
  • 1 can green beans
  • 5-6 red potatoes diced into medium sized pieces
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
  • French fried onions

Directions

Spray glass cooking dish with Pam. Line the chicken breasts down the middle of the pan. Place diced potatoes on one side of the chicken and the green beans on the other side. Sprinkle Italian dressing powder all over chicken, potatoes and beans. Pour melted butter on top of everything and cover with tin foil. Bake in a 350° oven for about 60 minutes.

After 60 minutes uncover, sprinkle with French fried onions and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and serve!

Enjoy! If you make this please let me know what you think!

XOXO- Kelly
